I am getting feedback that they are getting stuck when they upload a file because they expect to be able to press send but they can’t (they don’t intuitively know to type something along with their attachment)

This is interesting. I wonder if it’s what’s been happening to me while testing. I try to upload and all of the Word docs are grayed out. Maybe I needed to type sometihng in the textbox? But I shouldn’t have to do that.
