When NOT using "Turn off File Uploads" it seems to support only specific models

When choosing for example o3 the file upload symbol simply doesn’t exist even if you did NOT turn it off.

So this option should either support all models or just like Turn on File Generation it should end with a remark like, (GPT models*).
